For easy reference, shopify and authorized payment providers encrypt and process payment information; thhehoneypot does not retain a complete card number or card security code. An issuer may authorize, decline, hold, or request verification according to its own rules.

For transparent service, customers must submit correct billing and contact information. We can review or cancel a transaction that is unauthorized or presents significant fraud risk, while tax is charged only as required by applicable law.

For a clear pre-purchase understanding, an approved refund is returned to the original payment method and ordinarily posts through the bank or card issuer within 5-10 business days after we issue it.
