In keeping with our customer promise, access to this store and completion of a purchase are subject to these Terms plus the Refund, Shipping, Privacy, Payment, Contact, About, and FAQ pages. Customers are responsible for legal use and truthful billing, shipping, order, and contact data.

In day-to-day application, we serve U.S. addresses only and provide complimentary tracked standard shipping. An order ordinarily requires 1-2 business days to process and an additional estimated 4-6 business days after dispatch, without a guaranteed arrival date.

For dependable support, for 30 days following delivery, customers can seek a no-reason return or exchange. The merchant pays authorized return transportation for those requests and for quality problems, and an issued refund usually appears in 5-10 business days. Personalized merchandise, Final Sale or clearance purchases, gift cards, and opened intimate/hygiene-sensitive goods are not preference-returnable, but defect, damage, mis-shipment, and shortage protections remain.

For clarity, pre-dispatch cancellation requests are accepted and post-dispatch requests are governed by the Refund Policy. All prices are denominated in USD, legally applicable tax is collected, and an unlawful, fraudulent, unauthorized, or clearly mispriced transaction may be declined.
